DOME OF VALBERG
18 MONTHS OF SITE MONITORING
2025 - 2026
At the request of the Alpes-Maritimes Department, Tip Top Production oversaw the visual monitoring of the construction of the DÔME de Valberg for 18 months, an architectural project designed by Wilmotte & Associés Architectes.
18 months of capture • 1 photo every 10 min • from 8am to 6pm • drone shots every 2 months • monitoring of the 4 seasons
Our mission: document the major stages of the construction site and its evolution over the seasons through a system combining long-term timelapse and aerial shots by drone.
Deliverables: final timelapse film, drone images, and shots of the completed site.

Hotel project
LONG-TERM SITE MONITORING
2026-2028
As part of a private and confidential hotel project in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Tip Top Production is overseeing the complete visual documentation of this significant transformation, from the demolition of existing buildings to the completion of the new site.
3 years of minimum monitoring • 2 timelapse cameras • 1 photo every 30 minutes • from 8 AM to 6 PM • aerial shots by drone each month • monthly progress videos
Our mission: document all major stages of the construction site through a system combining long-term timelapse, aerial shots by drone, and regular captures, in order to maintain a complete visual memory of the site's transformation.
Deliverables: monthly follow-up videos intended for the client and the various project stakeholders, aerial images, and archiving of timelapse sequences.
Final deliverable: production of a film tracing several years of transformation, from the demolition of the existing structure to the unveiling of the completed project.

RIVÉA — SAINT-LAURENT-DU-VAR

At the request of Azur Réalisation, Tip Top Production provides visual monitoring of the construction of the RIVÉA residence in Saint-Laurent-du-Var for a minimum of 18 months.

We carry out drone shots intended for architects, agencies, and perspective artists for the integration of 3D projects into their real environment. Angles, heights, and viewpoints are defined according to the project to provide a photographic base suitable for architectural photomontages and landscape insertions.

One or more cameras can automatically document the evolution of the site over several months or years.
